An interim canteen solution for the employees and visitors during the alteration works at three factory locations (Rosenheim and Thansau, basic capacity approx. 300, 700 and 350 diners).

Consultancy including a feasibility study, conception of kitchen technology, delivery systems and food presentation in the interim tented canteens, project management, monitoring the installations, co-operation and the object.

Brief description:
As a result of our individual feasibility study the devices and delivery systems required could already be purchased during the renovations phase for later continued use. The hire costs of the interim solution were significantly reduced and sustainable investment in high-grade technology could be made. The modular construction of the delivery and production devices also allows for maximum compatibility with the future catering concept.
